Pros: Paint the Town Red has a fun combat system where you can use almost everything as a weapon and you try to survive against a horde of NPCs until you're the last one standing. The best part of the game are the themed levels as they're all unique. The game also has an extensive collection of user-made levels on the workshop.

Neutral:
Paint the Town Red also has an arena mode of hard challenges, which reminds me of Clone Drone in the Danger Zone. Where this game falters compared to that one is that the challenges aren't nearly as replayable and get repetitive and annoying if you fail too many times, since you're using the same strategy every time. Compared to Clone Drone where you get to choose your upgrades and which weapons to use, this game doesn't have any of that complexity.

Cons:
It does have an endless mode with different classes and weapons called Beneath but it's completely separate from the rest of the game and doesn't mesh well with its core ideals. The floors in Beneath were confusing the navigate and I didn't feel like playing it further to find out if there was some type of ending to it.
