Anyone else listen to Wallows here?

I felt like mine looked like me playing games late nights. Also i grew up with cartoons like fairly odd parents and spongebob so i have a bit of nostalgia for my profile pic.

For me it would probably be the nintendo switch. I got a ps3 a good while ago and loved it. I also had a wii around the same time. I loved both of those consoles and had big collections for both of them. Around Christmas 2017 i got my nintendo switch along with mario odyssey, breath of the wild, and splatoon 2. And something about it I just fell in love with. I lived the concept of a console you can play on your tv and pick it up and take it anywhere and not miss a thing. From then on out I played my switch. I adored the games and loved growing my collection. I am open to any third party games to come to the platform. I think Bethesda did an incredible job porting skyrim and doom. I am looking foward to growing my collection. Some of my favorite games so far are, Mario Odyssey, Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 2, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, and Pokemon Lets go Pikachu/Eevee.

I normally play at least 2 games at a time, maybe 3 rarely. I normally play a long rpg or story game with a smaller game along side it. Like a platformer or visual novel. It can get tiring playing a long story game or rpg for very long periods of time without any other game. I think slowly chiseling away at your backlog with two or three games at a time is the best approach. Also, sometimes its good to have a cool off game to play. Like a multiplayer game or an endless game to play when you get tired of your other games. My personal favorites are Minecraft, Rocket League and Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

Probably Super Mario Odyssey. Amazing levels, great controls and very fun overall. Many things to do in the game. I beat it around last January but it still has me coming back to play every once in a while. Absolute masterpiece!

Players choice especially on gamecube just infuriates me. The yellow just looks way off.

Also gaming stores that put the price sticker on the spine and are near impossible to take off.

I got it on sale on the switch eshop for $10 and really enjoyed it. It was on my wishlist for a while and I’m glad I finally got around to playing it.

I recently found a band named ØZWALD. It’s a side project from two members of lifehouse, which i also listen to sometimes. They’ve only made three songs, but they have an album coming out in April.

I have been trying to add a custom category but it won't let me. I type it in and uncheck hide category ,but it doesn’t show up or let me add games. I am on mobile if that helps. Thanks for any help!

Currently I’m playing Super Smash Bros Ultimate and Skyrim. I’m also replaying Super Mario Odyssey, what a game!

I’m sure many of us have been playing Super Smash Bros Ultimate lately. I’m enjoying the game! I was wondering what character is your main in the game? I’m a very casual player and don’t plan to get very competitive. I don’t have much experience with smash other than playing brawl on my wii and smash 4 with my friend on his wii u. So Ultimate is the first time I’m diving deep into he game. I’m personally maining Bayonetta, and Link but i like to play as a few others here and there; sometimes i just play random characters. So, what character is your main?

I think for me it’s lego games, I’ve played and beat a couple of them,but they’ve never appealed to me. I respect it and see why people like it, but it’s just not my cup of tea.

I don’t have a huge problem with sports games but I don’t play them regularly; probably because i dont like many sports. The only one i like is the nhl series. I’m a big hockey fan so I enjoy playing that from time to time.

Same with shooter games, they’re all the rage at my school and I just don’t enjoy them. I liked a couple of them like DOOM (2016), but I’m more of a retro style story driven game type of guy myself.

Usually normal unless the game is really hard then I’ll turn it down to easy.

Of course to beat the games I’m now playing and get started on my backlog. Also I got a raspberry pi for Christmas, i want to experience games that i missed out on. I was born around the gamecube/xbox/ps2 era but didn’t get into gaming towards the end of the wii/xbox360/ps3 era. So i want do play games from like atari and nes through n64 and ps1.

Didn’t beat a lot of games this month (I was hoping to because of Christmas break, but it is what it is). I don’t have many games so this did knock a small chunk out of my backlog.

You don´t need Xenoblade Chronicles 2 to play Torna: The Golden Country, it´s a standalone prequel set 500 year before the start of the main game.

I just bought thre physical version of Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country from gamestop. I do not own Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Is the copy I bought the full game with the expansion? Is it just the expansion? Or do i need the full game to use the dlc? It came with a cartridge and a download code in the case. I asked an employee at gamestop and he said it should be both the game and the expansion, but i just wanted to make sure. It was $40 at gamestop and it was the only Xenoblade they had.
